Stolen Futures: the Hidden Toll of Child Casualties in Syria

Researchers used information on demographics and causes of death recorded in four casualty databases to shed light on the lethal effects of the conflict on children. They specifically looked at child casualties’ gender, age, place of residence, and method by which they were killed. The report provides suggestions to minimize child casualties in the future.
