Syria Justice and Accountability Centre (SJAC) Legal and Strategy Analyst Shabnam Mojtahedi speaks about the importance of documenting such violations of international humanitarian law to transitional justice. “Documenting those violations is paramount because it makes them harder to ignore in a future justice process,” says Mojtahedi.
