SJAC’s 47th trial monitoring report details days 94 & 95 of the trial of Anwar Raslan in Koblenz. On the first day, the court once more had to hear from a BKA officer about the questioning of a witness who declined to testify in court. The court further dealt with administrative matters related to requests issued by the defense. On the second day, the court heard from the police officer who previously questioned P46 regarding inconsistencies in his in-court testimony. A former Syrian military pilot also testified about his detention at Al-Khatib and several meetings he had with Raslan after the latter left Syria.
