Syria Justice and Accountability Centre (SJAC) Executive Director Mohammad Al Abdallah explains how organizations such as SJAC collect documentation of human rights abuses, and the potential of using this documentation to put perpetrators on trial. “There’s thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of people who engaged in committing violations from the government and the rebel sides – and you can’t put everybody on trial,” says Al Abdallah.
