ICTY Rules of Procedure and Evidence

The ICTY Rules of Procedure and Evidence came into force on March 14, 1994. The Rules cover primacy of the tribunal, organization of the tribunal, investigations and rights of suspects, pre-trial proceedings, proceedings before trial chambers, appellate proceedings, review proceedings, pardon and commutation of sentence, and time.
