Syria Justice and Accountability Centre (SJAC) Executive Director Mohammad Al Abdallah states that “criminal prosecution alone is not going to solve what has happened” in Syria. “Institutional reform is more important than prosecution because it is what will have a longer-term impact on the country,” says Al Abdallah.
