Inside the Raslan Trial: State Secrets and Mass Graves
SJAC’s twelfth trial monitoring report details days 30 and 31 of the trial of Anwar Raslan and Eyad Al Gharib in Koblenz, Germany. During the proceedings, a civil servant who supervised a team that unloaded bodies into mass graves recounted the gruesome condition of corpses that came from state security prisons and the secrecy surrounding the mass graves.
