SJAC’s 38th trial monitoring report details days 77 & 78 of the trial of Anwar Raslan in Koblenz. On the first day, the court heard the testimony of a 36-year-old Syrian doctor who provided medical aid to detainees at Al-Khatib Branch and at a nearby hospital, many of whom died. On the second day, the court heard from a 69-year-old retired Major General in the Syrian police who was an acquaintance of Raslan in Berlin.
