A plaintiff testified about a meeting she and her family had with Raslan when one of her family members was detained in Branch 251. The witness also spoke about her own detention at the Branch, during which she was abused and met Raslan. While the witness identified Raslan as high-ranking officer with decision-making capacities, Raslan denied the accusations through his counsel.
