Day 18 – May 28, 2025   

The Court and the Jury have declared, by a majority of at least seven votes, the Accused guilty of complicity in war crimes of conscription of children aged 15 to 18 but have acquitted him of complicity in war crimes of enlistment of children aged under 15.

The Court and the Jury have decided to partially acquit the Accused of participating in an agreement formed to prepare for the war crime of deliberate attacks against civilians. 

The Court and the Jury have declared, by a majority of at least seven votes, the Accused guilty of the offense of participating in an agreement established to prepare for five war crimes: 

  • Deliberate attempt on life; 
  • Deliberate attempt on physical integrity;  
  • Pronouncing of convictions and execution of sentences without a prior judgment rendered by a regularly constituted court;  
  • Kidnappings and unlawful detentions; 
  • Humiliating and degrading treatment inflicted on the opposing party. 

The Court sentenced Majdi N. to ten years of imprisonment.
